This policy explains when refunds are available for Studiio subscriptions and how to request one. For general cancellation terms, see our Terms of Service.
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period. We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription charges. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will be downgraded.
If you have paid for an annual subscription and wish to cancel within 30 days of your most recent annual charge, you are entitled to a partial refund of the unused portion of your subscription.
The refund amount is calculated as the pro-rated value of the remaining full months on your annual plan at the time your cancellation is processed. Partial months are not refunded.
Refund requests submitted after 30 days of the annual charge are not eligible for a refund. You will retain access until the end of your annual period.
Usage charges — including SMS replies, outbound and inbound calls, additional users, and additional phone numbers — are non-refundable. These charges reflect actual usage of telecommunications services and are billed at cost.
Add-on charges (such as additional included minutes bundles) follow the same policy as the subscription type they are attached to: monthly add-ons are non-refundable; annual add-ons are refundable on a pro-rated basis within 30 days.
We may issue refunds outside this policy at our discretion in cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or significant service outages directly attributable to Studiio. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 60 days of the charge.
To request a refund, contact us via live chat in the dashboard or email hello@studiio.io with your account email address and details of the charge. We aim to process all eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
