How does Studiio work?
Studiio is an all-in-one radio communication tool for radio stations to manage their listener communications. You can receive SMS/MMS messages, phone calls, emails, connect to social media platforms and much more.

Our studio panels are designed to display timely communications to your radio presenters within your radio studio. You can add/remove blocks and drag/drop them to fully customize the look and feel of your studio panels.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, of course! You can do all of this in the billing section of the dashboard.
How does per-user pricing work?
If you invite someone to your Studiio account, and they proceed to activate and log-in to their account, we will charge an additional user fee per month/year (according to your billing structure).

For example, if you signed up to an annual subscription, and invite five users who all activate their account and log-in, we would charge for 5 users pro-rata the annual rate.
Can't I just use one user and share that with my team?
We only allow a user to log-in to their account on one device. This is to ensure your account remains secure, ensure your other users can't modify your billing details, and to keep certain features on our platform uniform. For example, you wouldn't be able to transfer calls between yourself 😉
What are my payment options?
Currently, we only offer payments by credit card or direct debit depending on the currency you pay in. If your organization cannot pay by credit card or direct debit, please contact us at hello@studiio.io to arrange an alternative payment method.
Do you offer a discount for non-profits and community radio stations?
Yes! Studiio is a proud supporter of community radio stations and non-profit organizations. Contact us to see what we can offer.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime via the dashboard, or reach out to our friendly support team via live chat or email. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We unfortunately don't offer pro-rata refunds.
Do you offer onboarding support?
Dedicated onboarding is included in the commercial tier. If you require onboarding support or online/in-person training, reach out to our friendly sales team.
