How is SMS/MMS messaging priced?

All inbound SMS/MMS messages are included for free. Outbound SMS is charged as an add-on per message sent. See our pricing for more details.

Can I receive international SMS/MMS messages?

Most numbers allow for international SMS/MMS messages to be received, but some numbers in certain countries may not offer this. Contact our support team to see if your number supports international messaging.

Can I send outbound SMS/MMS messages?

Yes, you can reply to any message from your listeners to continue the conversation. We don't support sending unsolicited first-contact messages, which helps maintain compliance with messaging regulations and protects your station or podcast's reputation.

What countries support SMS/MMS messaging?

Can I use my existing phone number for SMS/MMS messaging?

If you haven't yet ported your number into Studiio, contact us to see if your number is eligible. If you have an existing number with us, please log in to your Dashboard to see a full list of rented numbers and their capabilities.

How do I accept messages from different countries?

You can rent more than one phone number! If you have listeners in Australia and the UK for example, you could rent an Australian, and UK phone number. All messages are delivered to you in one central inbox.
