How many social media accounts can I connect to Studiio?

As many as you like! You can add your radio station or podcast accounts, and any sub-accounts for shows, presenters or events.

How do I add my social media accounts to Studiio?

For Facebook and Instagram, accounts are required to be connected through Facebook Business Manager. Once your accounts are added to your business portfolio, then you can add them to Studiio.

Is social media access available in my plan?

Social media access is available to all plans at no extra charge. It does not cost anything to receive, engage (e.g. like) or respond to posts, comments and message.

Can I use my existing social media accounts?

Yes, there is no requirement to create new accounts. Existing accounts can be connected with Studiio.

Can I connect social media accounts that are not in my Facebook Business Manager account?

Unfortunately not, all accounts are required to be attached to a Facebook Business Manager account in order to work with Studiio.

Do you support WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat or KakaoTalk?

WhatsApp support is currently in development and will be available soon. LINE, WeChat, and KakaoTalk are not currently supported.
