How many email accounts can I connect to Studiio?

As many as you like! All inbound emails across all accounts will be shown in one unified view.

How does email forwarding work?

Simply set-up an email forwarder via your email provider using the unique email address we give you. We provide easy to follow instructions for any email provider, but if you get stuck, we can assist.

Is email available in my plan?

Yes, all plans include email for free. Both inbound and outbound emails are included in your plan.

Do I need to create a new email account?

That depends. Radio stations usually have a dedicated email address for their studio (e.g. studio@yourstation.com) so listeners can contact presenters on-air. If you already have one set up, simply follow our instructional guide and add forwarding to your existing email account. Alternatively if you don't have an existing email address set up for your studio, simply configure a new email address and follow our instructional guide.

Can I still use my email account as usual when it's connected to Studiio?

Yes you can, our system simply forwards inbound emails to us. You can still use your email account as normal without it affecting your Studiio account.
