That depends. Radio stations usually have a dedicated email address for their studio (e.g. studio@yourstation.com) so listeners can contact presenters on-air. If you already have one set up, simply follow our instructional guide and add forwarding to your existing email account. Alternatively if you don't have an existing email address set up for your studio, simply configure a new email address and follow our instructional guide.
Yes you can, our system simply forwards inbound emails to us. You can still use your email account as normal without it affecting your Studiio account.
